Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 5+ years in data/AI leadership.
• Advanced degree in data science, CS, or related field preferred.
• Experience building scalable intelligence platforms and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise intelligence strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable data & AI platform with governed metrics.
• Grow and mentor the AI/Data Engineering organization.
• Ensure AI governance, bias checks, and explainability.
