Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a strategic Analytics Lead for the Americas. You will establish revenue KPIs, translate data into executive-ready insights, and guide commercial decisions across Sales Strategy & Operations and Enterprise Analytics.

In this hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, you will lead a team of analysts, shape KPI definitions, dashboards, and the analytics product vision, and drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with pipeline, performance, growth, and revenue metrics.
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools experience (Sigma/Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear executive communication.
• Ability to connect business priorities with technical teams and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights by translating business questions into analyses, scenarios and recommendations.
• Diagnose performance drivers across pipeline health, conversion, revenue growth and productivity.
• Deliver executive-ready insights to guide commercial priorities and actions.
• Establish KPI governance, reporting standards, and dashboards; drive adoption with BI/Data teams.
• Define and prioritize analytical AI opportunities and translate requirements for data & analytics teams.
• Lead and develop analysts, balancing reporting products with strategic initiatives.
