Copeland is seeking a Revenue Operations Analytics Lead, Americas, to build and scale commercial intelligence across the Americas. You will own KPI governance, analytics strategy, and executive-ready insights, partnering with Sales Strategy & Operations and enterprise Analytics teams.

The role requires 6+ years in revenue/commercial analytics, experience mentoring analysts, and strong Excel plus BI tool skills. This is a hybrid role based in Sidney, OH with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with pipeline, performance, growth, and revenue metrics.
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the analytics team for Americas.
• Define KPI governance and reporting across pipelines and revenue metrics.
• Develop analytics strategy including AI use cases and automation.
• Partner with Sales Strategy, CRM, Enablement, and Data teams to deliver insights.
