Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence to execute revenue analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives that drive sales growth and retention. You will partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy and adoption of revenue intelligence tools and reporting platforms.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, reducing manual work through automation and AI-assisted tools, and leading projects that advance automation and sales enablement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, and object/field enhancements.
- 3+ years building dashboards in CRM Analytics or a comparable BI platform.
- 2+ years designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions.
- 3+ years of proven project leadership and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives with dashboards and forecasting tools.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy and usability of revenue intelligence tools and reporting platforms.
- Lead projects advancing sales enablement, automation, and AI capabilities, managing timelines and resources.
