Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst to lead design, configuration and testing of complex revenue systems, ensuring accurate reimbursement and compliant charge capture across monthly and quarterly updates.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with department leaders, map revenue to GL accounts, audit CPT/HCPCS codes and support Epic modules (Resolute and Charge Router).

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years using Epic Resolute Hospital Billing in a large multi-hospital setting.
• Coding credential (AHIMA or AAPC) or active pursuit within 12 months of hire, CPC/COC preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with relevant experience or Associate's degree with more experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee a revenue integrity module or system, mentoring junior admins.
• Configure and maintain complex rules for charge capture and billing processes.
• Perform audits of CPT/HCPCS and revenue codes before EAP builds.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate mapping of revenue to GL accounts.
