The University of Miami is seeking an Epic Analyst for Hospital Billing to join the UHealth IT team. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Epic HB workflows, and providing day-to-day support to end-users and the IT staff.

You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, clinical users, and application teams to drive compliant revenue cycle processes, participate in testing and training, and ensure timely resolution of issues in a fast-paced health system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with healthcare IT emphasis.
• Epic HB certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, implementation, support, and optimization of Epic HB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient billing workflows.
• Lead testing, validation, and go-live support for HB modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and training materials.
