Job summary

You will manage complex Epic Hospital Billing initiatives, validate updates, and mentor analysts while ensuring compliant revenue cycle workflows across the enterprise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting billing issues, collaborating with Revenue Cycle and Finance, and supporting upgrades and enhancements of Epic modules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related application, healthcare IT, or revenue cycle experience.
• Strong understanding of Epic Hospital Billing workflows preferred.
• Experience with Epic Hospital Billing build, configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support preferred.
• Experience with Epic HB Claims and Charge Router preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex application initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Provide advanced technical expertise for Epic Hospital Billing solutions.
• Analyze and translate billing and revenue cycle requirements into Epic applications.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT teams to optimize system functionality.
• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing components.
• Support Epic upgrades, releases, and enterprise projects.
