Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead charge capture optimization and ensure compliant billing across departments. You will work closely with Finance, Clinical Operations, and Patient Accounting to identify gaps and address trends within Maryland’s all-payer framework.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in revenue integrity, familiarity with ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS, and experience with Epic workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of revenue integrity experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and Epic charge/billing workflows.
• Experience with denial management processes and payer appeals.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Mercy Medical Center's revenue integrity program by identifying, investigating, and resolving charge capture gaps, billing compliance issues, and denial trends across clinical departments. Collaborate with Finance, Clinical Operations, and Patient Accounting to protect revenue and ensure accurate, compliant billing under Maryland's all-payer framework.
