Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to perform analytics and audits across the Revenue Cycle, focusing on Epic-based workflows and charge capture. You will help optimize reimbursement by evaluating data trends and collaborating with hospital, physician, and home health teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a large health system, EPIC Revenue Integrity familiarity, and strong communication skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and salary range noted.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a large hospital or integrated health system.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Healthcare preferred.
• EPIC Revenue Integrity experience or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and financial analyses along with audits to identify opportunities for improvement across the Revenue Cycle.
• Review charge master and fee schedules for compliance and accuracy with CPT changes.
• Analyze denial data and assist in corrective actions to ensure compliant charges and optimal reimbursement.
• Collaborate across Revenue Integrity, Finance, IT and Clinical Operations to improve processes and reporting.
