Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead a team of Analysts and oversee charge capture, system functionality and regulatory compliance across departments and Epic applications.

You will design controls, implement updates to the CDM and CPT/HCPCS codes, provide training, monitor performance, and partner with RCM and departmental staff to enhance accuracy and net revenue while ensuring timely, compliant charge entry.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and Epic certifications.
• Epic Charge Router Certification and Epic Resolute Billing Certification required.
• Experience with Epic charge master, billing, and coding modules preferred.
• Leadership/management experience in a revenue integrity or RCM setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of charge capture and related Epic applications.
• Lead and develop Revenue Integrity Analysts and ensure team performance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and coding guidance across departments.
• Coordinate with RCM and departments to improve charge accuracy and training.
