Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Revenue Integrity & Coding Supervisor (Epic & FQHC) to lead the daily operations of the revenue cycle and coding teams, ensuring compliance and minimizing leakage.

You will oversee the Revenue Integrity, Charge Capture, and Coding departments, driving accuracy in Epic modules and CDM management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, active coding certifications, and 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with at least 1 year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management (HIM), Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a closely related field.
• Active CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT designation required.
• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, coding, or revenue integrity experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of explicit, hands-on experience within an FQHC or Community Health Center environment preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a team of medical coders or revenue integrity analysts required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Revenue Integrity, Charge Capture, and Coding departments to minimize revenue leakage.
• Provide direct supervision to coding staff and audit reimbursement models.
• Oversee Epic revenue cycle modules and ensure CDM accuracy and compliant clean claim rates.
• Establish internal audit processes and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff training, performance appraisals, and department production.
