AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Revenue Cycle leader to manage systems, processes and staff responsible for revenue, procedures, and policy control.

The role will oversee AR data entry teams and medical coders, ensuring analytic reporting of revenue stream performance. The candidate will drive KPI reporting and engage with clinical operations to optimize financial outcomes within an FQHC environment in California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Decision Support, Data Analysis Technology, and Project Management Tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with external healthcare reporting (e.g., UDS, OSHPD).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Revenue Cycle systems, processes and staff.
• Oversee control/maintenance, reporting, and analysis of revenue, procedures and policies.
• Lead AR Data Entry Coordinators and related staff; report KPIs to leadership.
