Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Revenue Integrity Supervisor to optimize charge capture, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement outcomes across the enterprise. You will supervise CDM maintenance, lead staff, and partner with clinical, coding, and IT teams to drive performance improvements.

This role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office presence required for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area staff at least four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare billing, charge capture, medical coding or revenue cycle operations.
• 5+ years supporting facility-based clinical operations within a healthcare system.
• 5+ years of Epic experience, preferably supporting Revenue Integrity, Revenue Assurance or Chargemaster functions.
• Knowledge of CDM maintenance, CPT/HCPCS codes, revenue codes and hospital cost center structures.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, spreadsheets and database tools.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Integrity operations and daily department functions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Revenue Integrity staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Oversee charge capture, charge reconciliation, and CDM maintenance.
• Identify and resolve revenue leakage opportunities.
• Coordinate audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for charging and reimbursement processes.
• Partner with clinical, finance, coding, compliance, information technology, and operational teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Support Epic implementations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
