Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Revenue Integrity & Coding Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle and coding teams, ensuring compliant, accurate charge capture and clean claim rates across Epic modules.

You will supervise staff, support performance appraisals, and drive internal audits. Ideal candidates hold active CPC/CCS/RHIA or RHIT credentials, with at least 4 years in revenue cycle and 1 year in supervisory roles, preferably in an FQHC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HIM or related field required.
• Active CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT designation required.
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, coding, or revenue integrity experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an FQHC or Community Health Center preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervising a team of medical coders or revenue integrity analysts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue Integrity, Charge Capture, and Coding departments to minimize revenue leakage.
• Lead daily operations of Epic revenue cycle modules and ensure CDM accuracy.
• Audit processes, ensure compliance, and manage staff development and performance reviews.
• Develop internal audit program and drive production management.
