Job summary

UC Davis Health seeks a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead enterprise-wide charge capture, audit, analytics and reporting across HB/PB revenue streams. You will develop policies, education, and training to ensure compliant, timely charge capture and revenue optimization.

This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with collaboration across clinical operations, coding, compliance, finance, and Information Services to drive improvements and durable revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Revenue Integrity and/or Revenue Cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare finance related subject matter or equivalent.
• Coding Certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC, CPMA, CPC (Required) and HFMA CRCR or equivalent, within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Revenue Integrity program including Charge Audit and Revenue Monitoring, Clinical Charge Capture, and Analytics.
• Develop and maintain charge capture policies, procedures, education and training programs.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, compliance, finance and IS leaders to resolve complex revenue cycle issues.
