Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Director of Revenue Integrity to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide charge capture governance, audits, and compliance. The role oversees analytics, reconciliation, education, and performance improvement, partnering with finance, clinical departments, IT, and compliance to ensure accurate revenue recognition across the organization.

The position reports to senior leaders, leads a team of managers, and drives a culture of operational excellence

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle or revenue integrity.
• Experience leading enterprise charge capture, audits, and remediation initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvements and regulatory compliance with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for charge capture governance and revenue integrity initiatives.
• Lead performance management, dashboards, and KPIs across revenue integrity operations.
• Oversee audits, remediation plans, education, and process standardization for compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, IT, coding, and clinical leadership to optimize revenue recognition.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and data-driven decision making to reduce leakage.
