The role requires 5+ years managing 75+ FTEs, HFMA preferred, Bachelor's, MBA preferred, strong MS Office and ERP experience; Epic system optimization.

Qualifications

• Five plus years experience managing 75+ FTEs across multiple departments.
• HFMA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with large operating budgets and healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate revenue integrity initiatives across the health network.
• Oversee chargemaster review, denial avoidance, and revenue capture improvements.
• Collaborate with HIM, IS, and medical centers to ensure cohesive processes.
• Develop and monitor training programs for revenue cycle staff.

Bachelor's degree

Masters degree in business, accounting or finance with Healthcare concentration preferred
