The role requires 5+ years in healthcare revenue integrity, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills. Epic workflow proficiency is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Billing, Charge Capture, CDM Management, Revenue Cycle Analytics, or Revenue Integrity within healthcare.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and reimbursement methods.
• Strong understanding of Epic charging logic, work queues, and CDM integration.
• Ability to educate and mentor staff; communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead initiatives to ensure accurate charge reconciliation across departments.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analyses for revenue integrity.
• Identify variances and revenue risks via advanced analytics and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with coding, clinical leadership, finance, and IT to improve charge capture and billing processes.
