Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead charge capture processes and ensure accurate, timely revenue collection across the system. You will develop and enforce procedures, oversee audits, and communicate improvements to senior leadership, driving compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or healthcare/business administration.
• 10+ years hospital/clinic revenue cycle experience focused on revenue integrity and compliance.
• 5+ years hospital-based billing, coding, and charge capture experience.
• Proficient knowledge of charge master components: CPT codes, HCPCS, Revenue Codes, GL and cost centers.
• Charge capture, billing, or coding experience across pharmacy, radiology, surgery/anesthesia, outpatient clinic and inpatient.
• Five+ years of Epic PB and HB experience; collaborate with Patient Financial Services, Finance, Compliance, IS and other departments on revenue management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of Revenue Cycle support including performance improvement, documentation, testing, training, upgrades, and assisting leadership in workflow improvements.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for revenue cycle opportunities, including CDM setup and charge capture.
• Provide analysis, reports and documentation for audits and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and payer guidelines for billing and reimbursement.
• Conduct charge capture assessment activities, including interviews and outcomes analysis.
• Support, educate and communicate with multiple facilities and corporate staff on charge capture, billing, and coding processes.
