Job summary

You will lead complex initiatives, validate Epic workflows, and present findings to leadership while collaborating with finance and clinical teams.

Required are 5+ years in healthcare revenue integrity, CPC/CCS-P/CPMA or equivalent certification, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field with 5+ years healthcare experience including coding/auditing/finance.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years revenue integrity experience preferred.
• Certifications in CPC, CCS-P, or CPMA are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex revenue cycle initiatives to improve integrity and compliance.
• Develop detailed project work plans and timelines across departments.
• Validate Epic charging workflows and monitor interfacing interfaces.
• Analyze revenue metrics and present actionable findings to leadership.
• Audit charging, coding, and billing processes for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to train and optimize clinical workflows.
• Act as SME and liaison for charge capture and escalation support.
