Nuvei is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager – Americas to lead regional revenue growth initiatives from Mexico City or Brazil. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, analyze performance, and steer strategic programs end-to-end.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue strategy or related areas within fintech/payments, strong analytics, and fluent English. You will build dashboards and monitor market trends to optimize pricing and growth across the Americas.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within fintech/payments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including translating complex information for diverse audiences.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on driving business results.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments preferred.
• Professional fluency in English required.
