N3XT Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Americas with a focus on Latin American markets.

This remote-friendly role reports to the Head of Commercial Growth and Partnerships and will lead high-value cross-border deal origination and regional partnerships. You will engage CFOs, Treasurers, and fintech executives to design bespoke banking and settlement solutions, navigate KYB/AML, and help scale revenue and deposits across corridors.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of commercial experience in Business Development/Sales targeting Latin America or the Americas.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (professional level); bilingual preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, fintech, or institutional digital assets.
• Proven track record of deal origination and closing multi-jurisdictional financial services accounts.
• Experience with KYB/AML and multi-jurisdictional banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal cycles across LatAm and the Americas.
• Architect and execute expansion across regional corridors.
• Engage CFOs, Treasurers, and regional fintech executives to position N3XT as a primary banking partner.
• Represent N3XT at fintech, FX, and digital asset events to drive bilateral meetings.
• Own revenue, deposits, and transaction KPIs across target corridors.
