Job summary

FranklinCovey seeks a Revenue Operations & Customer Growth Strategy Manager to support growth initiatives across the Customer Growth & Expansion team. You will partner with the Associate VP of Customer Growth and collaborate with Customer Success to translate strategy into scalable processes that drive measurable results.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in forecasting, planning, and cross-functional execution in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including leadership-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments and GTM strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Support annual sales planning, forecasting bookings, GTM strategy, territory design, quota development, and compensation alignment.
• Maintain and refine forecasting methodologies; ensure data accuracy and weekly forecast reviews.
• Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities informing strategy and execution.
• Collaborate to improve revenue generation, customer retention, and sales efficiency across enterprise segment.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting; prepare materials for quarterly business reviews.
