Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Remote Commercial Enablement Manager to align Business Unit priorities with field-ready execution across Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management. The role reports to the VP of Commercial Enablement and collaborates with CROs and sales leaders to close capability gaps and improve performance.
The ideal candidate brings revenue-focused judgment, the ability to diagnose barriers, and turns complex strategies into practical sales motions, tools, and development
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Commercial Enablement or related field
- Proven ability to translate GTM strategy into practical sales motions, playbooks, and reinforcement
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Sales, CS, Product Marketing
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Commercial Enablement partner to assigned Business Units and leaders
- Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, messaging, tools, and guidance
- Own the enablement plan from intake to adoption and measurement within the enablement model
- Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solution Consulting, CS, and Sales Development to align content and processes
- Represent field voice in GTM planning and post-launch retrospectives
