Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience leading commercial strategies for a multi-property portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of distribution systems and analytics with data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Revenue Management, Applied Mathematics, Big-Data Analytics or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.
• Current, legal, and unrestricted right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and direct operational activities of the revenue cycle for Virgin Hotels.
• Develop and execute rate and distribution strategies aligned with brand strategy; monitor results.
• Improve efficiencies across the commercial team using data management, AI tools and tech solutions.
• Lead lead generation and sales performance using data analytics.
• Oversee weekly revenue performance and strategy reviews with hotel commercial teams.
• Guide sales with pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and TrevPAR; manage inventories.
• Lead revenue optimization through scheduled strategy meetings and collaboration.
• Analyze monthly/weekly reports to understand RevPAR and TrevPAR movements.
• Manage relationships with OTA's, wholesalers, and other providers for revenue optimization.
• Conduct performance reviews with field revenue management team members.
• Research hospitality industry trends to develop new strategies.
• Create and implement brand-relevant promotions to generate incremental revenue.
• Identify best practices across the portfolio and share insights.
• Monitor competitive set activities and adjust revenue/eCommerce strategies.
• Develop and implement training programs for commercial leaders.
• Lead budgeting and business planning across the Virgin portfolio.
• Coordinate with loyalty program to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure pricing is aligned with strategy.
• Identify and evaluate revenue management systems and integrations; work with IT on changes.
