You will own recurring performance reports and executive presentations that inform strategy at the highest level across the Virgin Hotels and Virgin Limited Edition portfolios.

The role touches financial performance, strategic reviews, pro formas, and development analytics, with scope to shape the analytics framework and drive hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel/asset-level performance metrics (RevPAR, GOP, NOI, ROI).
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (AI tools, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical rigor across multi-source data environments and datasets.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive analytics adoption in business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Reporting: Analyze performance across the portfolio to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Turn data from multiple systems into clear actionable insights by building datasets and reports.
• Compile data from PMS, POS, CRM into a clean data foundation.
• Produce executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, GMs, and other leaders to drive performance.
• Educate teams on data analysis and KPIs; track trends and flag opportunities.
