The ideal candidate brings a decade of senior revenue leadership, strong data analytics and a proven ability to manage complex portfolios with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• 10+ years of senior-level experience leading commercial strategies with direct oversight of a portfolio of 10+ properties.
• Expert knowledge of distribution systems and analytics, including data analysis.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hotel revenue generation strategies, including pricing, market share, channel mix and distribution.
• Oversee all property revenue systems and programs to achieve revenue goals.
• Harmonize culture, mission, values and quality standards to maximize potential.
• Foster an exceptional climate of professional and personable service for employees, guests and partners.
• Communicate, coordinate and resolve financial issues across teams and departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Loyalty to optimize strategies across the portfolio.
