Job summary

Virgin Hotels Miami is seeking a Head of Revenue and eCommerce to drive pricing, distribution, and channel mix across the portfolio. You will oversee revenue systems, lead data-driven strategies, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Loyalty to maximize RevPAR and TrevPAR while maintaining brand standards.

You will manage international and domestic provider relationships, guide teams, and communicate complex analytics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior commercial strategy leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and direct revenue cycle activities to support the hotel mission and goals.
• Develop and execute rate and distribution strategies aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead data analytics initiatives and implement AI tools to improve revenue performance.
• Oversee relationships with third party providers (OTAs, wholesalers) and optimize global/local strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Loyalty to maximize revenue growth and brand awareness.
