Job summary

Virgin Hotels, LLC in Miami seeks an Operations Strategy & Analytics Manager to turn complex data into strategic insight for COOs and senior leaders. You will own performance reporting, financial analysis, and executive presentations across Virgin Hotels and Virgin Limited Edition portfolios.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, and General Managers to drive data-driven decisions, improve performance, and shape the analytics framework for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, revenue management, asset management, or hospitality/real estate finance is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• This is a hybrid role based at our Miami headquarters in Coconut Grove; US-based candidates willing to relocate to Miami are considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial performance across the portfolio to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Turn raw data from multiple systems into clear, actionable insights by building datasets and reports.
• Produce executive-ready presentations, ownership updates, and board materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Management, Operations, GMs, and other departments to drive stronger performance.
• Support the technology stack (BI tools, data visualization) and automate recurring workflows.
