Job summary

JobNimbus is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee Google Ads and Meta campaigns from Lehi, Utah. You will align paid strategies with revenue goals, ensure clean tracking, and collaborate with Marketing Ops, Content, and Sales to deliver measurable demos and revenue growth.

You will own the budgeting, testing, and optimization process, report weekly results, and help expand our reach into new markets with targeted geo campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads management for lead generation with Performance Max
• Hands-on Meta lead generation, audience building, and high-volume testing
• Strong conversion tracking skills and ability to fix broken tracking
• Experience connecting ad leads to HubSpot with proper source attribution
• Comfortable owning a paid media budget and pacing spend weekly
• Able to work full-time in Lehi, Utah office

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads hands-on and optimize for yield while keeping Performance Max controlled
• Build Meta from the ground up with lead ads, Conversions API, lookalike and retargeting audiences
• Optimize to revenue and feed results back to platforms for learning
• Own tracking and lead flow with Marketing Ops and HubSpot integration
• Launch account-based campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta with Sales Ops
• Plan and pace budget weekly across channels to drive demos
• Conduct monthly tests on creative, audiences, and landing pages and scale winners
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Sales to provide clear briefs and feedback
• Deliver weekly performance snapshots to leadership with clear rationale
• Support expansion into new markets with geo-targeted campaigns
