Job summary

Leland in Lehi, UT is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll manage budgets, bid strategies, creative rotation, and reporting for our consumer business while building B2B paid from the ground up.

Qualifications

5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Experience on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with meaningful budgets.
Data-driven with experience in attribution, lift testing, and analytics.
Familiarity with AI tools and automation in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition for our consumer business across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotation, and reporting.
Hit CAC and payback targets; flag issues early and define key metrics to track at each funnel stage.
Run structured tests across audiences, offers, landing pages, and creative; document learnings for the team.
Develop B2B paid from the ground up and build pipeline through ICPs, lead magnets, and handoffs to sales.
Build AI-native processes using Claude and other tools; automate repetitive tasks and create scalable systems.
