Job summary

JobNimbus in Utah is seeking a senior demand generation leader to own the full inbound-to-revenue engine. You will architect the funnel from the first ad impression to closed-won revenue, coordinating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

You’ll build paid, organic, AI search, referral, partner, and events channels; measure success by demos and ARR, not raw form fills, and lead regional market launches starting with Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience leading teams and agencies (3+ years).
• SaaS with high-velocity inbound preferred.
• Fluent in HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound from lead to closed-won and drive ARR growth.
• Audit funnel by source and stage; plan and execute improvements.
• Expand paid and organic channels including Meta, AI search, referrals.
• Lead regional market launches and partner events for enterprise pipeline.
• Develop marketers and agencies; align with Creative, Content, Events, Product Marketing.
