Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Training & Support Specialist to lead training strategies across the Revenue Cycle, including curriculum development, QA, and policy implementation. The role coordinates training content, schedules sessions, and ensures regulatory compliance across locations.

The successful candidate will deliver onboarding and ongoing education, develop professional development plans for leadership, and collaborate with teams to improve processes using Epic and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of experience in hospital insurance billing, accounts follow-up, auditing, training or project management.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and systems.
• Experience with Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive and staff audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: provide training and education related to application navigation during onboarding.
• Training: develop, implement and coordinate staff training; schedule classes and coordinate with departments.
• QA: report quality results to Revenue Cycle Leaders and identify training needs.
• QA: perform competency testing and identify skill refreshment areas.
• Policy: ensure policy compliance and identify training needs; monitor work quality.
