Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Healthcare administration or related field.
• Three years of healthcare administration, financial or revenue cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates the monthly workload tracking document.
• Performs data collection, tracking and analytical duties to respond to key issues.
• Identifies opportunities to increase net revenue and optimize reimbursement.
• Collaborates with auditors and department management to review services and coding.
• Mines data from hospital systems to find revenue opportunities.
