Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, finance, business management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Three years of health care administration, financial, or revenue cycle analysis experience.
• Experience with MS Access, Excel and Word; familiarity with Epic/EPSi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the monthly workload tracking document.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with auditors and management to improve reimbursement.
• Identify trends to enhance process efficiency and net revenue.
• Mine hospital data and run reports to spot revenue opportunities.
