Job summary

The role involves developing robust training materials for practice management and staff, delivering on-site and virtual sessions, and collaborating with Epic Clinical teams to optimize front-end workflows and adherence to policies across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred for healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site, classroom and virtual trainings for Ambulatory Access Operations.
• Develop and deliver training curricula for practice leadership and staff, including orientation and leadership development.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and diverse modalities (scenarios, videos, knowledge checks) for engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Epic and other stakeholders to ensure standardized workflows and education across sites.
• Monitor performance indicators and align training with service excellence and patient access goals.
