Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Revenue Excellence Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for all Revenue Cycle teams and internal partners. You will facilitate sessions across patient access, coding, billing, payer policies, and system workflows, and develop role-specific learning paths to support career progression.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 4+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience, and Epic Credentialed Trainer certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years Epic Revenue Cycle experience (Health System preferred).
• Epic Credentialed Trainer distinction and certification in Revenue Cycle applications must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Certification in Revenue Cycle applications preferred.
• 3-5+ years Revenue Cycle operations experience.
• Epic Revenue Cycle application experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding programs and ongoing training curriculum for all Revenue Cycle teams and internal partners.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions across patient access, coding, billing, payer policies, and system workflows.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and certification programs to support career progression.
• Identify skill gaps and training opportunities using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with leaders to retrain staff for evolving regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration
