The Revenue Excellence Trainer plays a critical role in advancing the operational excellence of the Revenue Cycle team by designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance staff knowledge, performance, and compliance. This position supports the tactical execution of departmental goals by equipping team members with the tools and understanding needed to navigate complex revenue cycle workflows, payer requirements, and system functionalities. The trainer ensures content reflects current policies, regulatory standards, and performance expectations and monitors training effectiveness through key performance indicators and feedback loops.
