Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an experienced EMR training professional to develop and deliver education for Revenue Cycle processes. You will create curricula, conduct hands-on sessions, and ensure users are proficient in EMR usage and compliant with regulations.

The role focuses on Epic systems training, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing assessment of training effectiveness to support accurate documentation and efficient workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in revenue cycle education or process improvement preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and course creation.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, and maintains training programs for EMR systems using virtual, blended, and self-paced methods.
• Educates healthcare staff on effective use of EMR software to ensure compliant documentation.
• Creates training materials and conducts hands-on sessions with end users.
• Assesses training effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with revenue cycle SMEs, operations, and Epic team to align training with system enhancements.
• Monitors learner outcomes using assessments and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Supports adoption of learning technologies and maintains educational platforms.
