Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Learning Consultant II to lead training and education for our Revenue Cycle teams at the West Campus in Springfield, MO. You will design curricula, deliver classroom sessions, and support credentialing and online modules to improve system adoption and performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with standard day-shift hours and on-site responsibilities at CoxHealth facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in related field or 8 years of education/healthcare experience.
• 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience OR 2 years formal training experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Train end-users across Revenue Cycle with classroom instruction.
• Develop and maintain curricula and online education modules.
• Coordinate needs assessments, schedule classes, and support system upgrades.
• Participate in special workgroups to vet process changes.
• Provide quality reviews and credentialing support.
