Job summary

University of Missouri Health Care seeks a Revenue Cycle Trainer to lead the development and delivery of innovative education programs that support revenue cycle operations across MU Health Care. You will partner with managers and technology teams to design process flows, implement system-wide training strategies, and ensure adoption of practice management tools.

This role focuses on front-end medical office functions and billing operations to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, education, finance, healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience.
Three (3) years of experience in adult training/education or healthcare/revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

Consult and partner with MU Healthcare managers and technology to develop process flows and adoption strategies.
Develop relationships with managers and end users to implement training objectives and measure outcomes.
Manage, plan, implement and evaluate training projects and special assignments as needed.
Participate in MU Healthcare committees to advise on process and education/communication needs.
Provide training support across the healthcare system for revenue cycle practices.
