CoxHealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Learning Consultant II to lead training and education for our Revenue Cycle teams at the West Campus in Springfield, MO. You will design curricula, deliver classroom sessions, and support credentialing and online modules to improve system adoption and performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with standard day-shift hours and on-site responsibilities at CoxHealth facilities.

Competenze

• BS in related field or 8 years of education/healthcare experience.
• 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience OR 2 years formal training experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

The individual must work collaboratively on a team and share education duties such as classroom instruction and credentialing, needs assessments, contributing to curriculum development and maintenance, online education module development and maintenance, quality reviews, class scheduling and coordination, as well as special project assignments as needed. The individual will also be a part of special workgroups to vet out process change and improvements along with assisting in system upgrades and new system implementations.Education: Required: BS in related field OR 8 years of experience in education/healthcare Experience: Requird: 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience OR 2 years of formal training experience Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform “on stage”, utilizing excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to teach/train and control classroom settings Possess a strong commitment to the success of students and co-workers at all levels Exhibit ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization Exhibit ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum Exhibit ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving Demonstrate ability to promote teamwork at all levels Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills Possess a strong command in use of Microsoft Office Ability to foster and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels while demonstrating Partners Values Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
