Altru Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Training & Development Coordinator to identify training needs and deliver programs that boost employee performance and engagement. You will design engaging sessions, assess effectiveness, and update materials to align with evolving business processes.

Qualifications

• Identifies training and development needs through collaboration with leaders and employees.
• Designs, develops, and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and adjusts programs to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Supports employees in adapting to evolving job requirements due to changes in technology, workflows, or business processes.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of job aids, process documentation, and other learning resources.
• Promotes a positive learning culture by encouraging continuous development and growth opportunities.
• Supports the implementation of policies and procedures that reinforce organizational and departmental objectives.
• Partners with department leaders to coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee recognition programs, morale-boosting events, and internal communications to strengthen team cohesion and retention.
• Stay current with industry trends/developments and applicable technology and software updates to recommend enhancements to existing training programs and workflows as necessary.
