Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years' experience in training, education, or instructional design—preferably within Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Expertise in adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Epic and related Revenue Cycle tools.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions on Revenue Cycle processes.
• Teach tools such as Epic, OnBase, vendor websites, and electronic eligibility verification systems.
• Apply adult learning principles to create interactive learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with management and SMEs to assess needs and develop targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate learner progress, conduct post-training evaluations, and update curricula.
• Stay current with evolving instructional methods and technologies.
