Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
• At least four years of medical revenue cycle work experience.
• Two years experience managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, and HCPCS coding and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily revenue cycle operations from patient entry to adjudication of accounts.
• Ensures quality work and adherence to SOPs; regularly audits staff.
• Prepares monthly revenue cycle financial analyses and monitors metrics.
• Champions new initiatives and change management within revenue cycle.
• Develops and maintains revenue cycle training materials and SOPs.
• Coordinates front office duties including scheduling and payments collection.
• Participates in hiring, reviews performance, and enforces policies.
