Texas Oncology is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager in Richardson, TX, in a hybrid role supporting the Revenue Cycle Department. Typical workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

The role will support virtual teams including Virtual PBR, Patient Assistance Support, and MSI to ensure efficient workflows and strong KPI performance. The incumbent will lead staff, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Position requires degree in Finance, Business or equivalent or 7+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Master’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, coding and medical terminology; understanding of managed care products (HMO, PPO)
• Knowledge of multiple PMS platforms and oncology billing preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operation of the revenue cycle liaison department to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly liaison functions are performed.
• Oversees all aspects of liaison functions, monitors revenue cycle issues and implements recommendations for KPI performance.
• Monitors site-of-service concerns and ensures professional follow-up.
• Acts as liaison between direct reports and RBO RCM leaders.
• Recruits, hires and supervises staff; develops performance goals and conducts evaluations.
• Identifies process gaps and develops tools/plans to improve efficiencies.
• Performs post-project reviews and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains knowledge of payor policies and regulations related to revenue cycle management.
• Adheres to confidentiality, HIPAA laws and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
