Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor for Texas Oncology in Richardson, TX. This full-time role supports Surgical Specialties, overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle activities from patient intake to payment posting.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical billing experience, people leadership skills, and a strong grasp of CPT/ICD coding and payer rules. Work week is Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., at the Richardson site.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business or equivalent OR four years revenue cycle experience required.
• At least four (4) years of medical revenue cycle work experience required with a consistent track record of achieving metrics.
• Two years experience managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities of others is strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT, ICD9, and HCPC coding and medical terminology, as well as an understanding of managed care products.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day revenue cycle operations to maximize payments from patients, insurers, and guarantors.
• Ensures adherence to Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, and Shared Values.
• Manages monthly revenue cycle analysis and KPIs to drive process improvements.
• Leads training and development for revenue cycle staff and maintains SOPs.
