Job summary

The US Oncology Network's Texas Oncology in Richardson, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead the day-to-day revenue cycle operations in our oncology clinic.

This full-time role focuses on maximizing collections from patients, insurers, and financial aide, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and training staff across the revenue cycle. Strong billing, coding knowledge, and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance/Business or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• At least 4 years of medical revenue cycle work experience.
• Two years of managing staff experience is strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT, ICD9, and HCPC coding; understanding of managed care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily revenue cycle operations from entry to adjudication.
• Ensure quality work, meet deadlines, and SOP compliance.
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle financial analysis and monitor metrics.
• Lead change and implement new initiatives; drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle training materials.
• Coordinate front office duties including scheduling and collections.
• Recruit, coach, and manage staff; perform performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
