The US Oncology Network seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to join Texas Oncology in Richardson, TX. This full-time role oversees daily revenue cycle operations, focusing on maximizing payments from patients, insurers, and guarantors, while upholding compliance and company SOPs.

You will lead a team, monitor metrics, develop training, and coordinate front-office duties, ensuring accurate adjudication, timely billing, and strong customer service in a high-volume oncology setting.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Finance, Business or equivalent and at least four years in revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing, collections and CPT/ICD9/HCPCS coding is required.
• Experience managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily revenue cycle operations to maximize payments from patients, insurers, and guarantors.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and the Compliance Program; conducts audits to maintain quality.
• Prepares monthly revenue cycle financial analyses and monitors key metrics.
• Guides and develops staff; assigns priorities and coordinates resources to meet objectives.
• Leads implementation of new initiatives and drives change across the team.
• Oversees front office duties including scheduling, check-in, and co-pay collection.
