Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor in Richardson, TX to lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations for the Surgical Specialties location. The role ensures accurate adjudication of patient accounts, from entry to payment, while upholding ethics and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of revenue cycle experience and strong knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD9 coding, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of medical revenue cycle work experience.
• Two years of managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and coding (CPT, ICD9, HCPC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily revenue cycle operations from patient entry to adjudication of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and conduct regular audits of staff work.
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle analyses and monitor key metrics.
• Lead implementation of new initiatives and drive change across the team.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle training materials and SOPs.
• Coordinate front office duties including scheduling and co‑pay collection.
